Riaz Tejani is a business development executive with over 15 years driving growth at the intersection of mineral exploration, mining, and advanced industrial technology. He is President of StrataCCS Consulting, a fractional commercial strategy advisory based in Abu Dhabi, where he currently leads global client outreach and partnerships for Ronacher Mackenzie Geoscience — a provider of geological and geophysical exploration consulting, 3D data modeling, and interpretable AI solutions to the mineral exploration and mining sector.

Previously, as Director of Business Development & Sales at DGI Geoscience in Toronto, Riaz expanded by adoption of wireline logging and geoscience consulting services across Majors and Junior Exploration companies in jurisdictions spanning North America, West Africa, Central Asia, and beyond. His earlier career includes senior commercial roles at PAS (now part of Octave) and Matrikon (now part of Honeywell), delivering industrial enterprise in the areas of ICS cybersecurity, and asset performance management solutions across Mining, Oil & Gas, Chemicals, and Power Generation.

Educated as an Electrical Engineer (University of Alberta, Control Systems), Riaz brings a rare combination of technical depth and commercial strategy to conversations on AI-driven exploration and critical minerals development.
